Refunds & Cancellations

Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the in-app Billing page or by emailing sales@zeemark.in. Cancellation stops the next renewal — your plan stays active until the end of the current paid period.
Refund policy
- 7-day money-back guarantee: If you cancel within 7 days of your first paid month and have used less than 10% of your plan's included quota, we will refund the subscription fee in full.
- Pro-rated refunds: After 7 days, subscription fees are non-refundable. Unused months on annual plans may be refunded pro-rata at our discretion.
- Usage charges: AI minutes, SMS segments, emails sent and dedicated number rentals are non-refundable once consumed.
- Setup & onboarding fees (Enterprise) are non-refundable once work has begun.
- Failed deliveries caused by upstream carriers/providers are not refunded; we will assist with troubleshooting.
How to request a refund
Email sales@zeemark.in with your workspace name and the order ID from your invoice. We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Cashfree within 7-10 business days.
Disputes
Please contact us before raising a chargeback — we resolve more than 95% of issues within one business day. Chargebacks initiated without contacting us first may result in account suspension.
