What we collect
Account details (name, email, company), billing details (handled by Cashfree, we never store full card numbers), the lead/contact data you upload, and usage logs (call recordings, SMS, emails sent through the platform).
How we use it
Solely to provide the service: dial calls, send messages, run AI models on your scripts, generate analytics, and bill you correctly.
Sharing
We share data with sub-processors strictly required to deliver the service (cloud hosting, telecom carriers, AI inference, payments). We never sell your data.
Your rights
You can export, correct or delete your data anytime from settings, or by writing to sales@zeemark.in.
Retention
Active account data is retained for the life of the account plus 90 days after closure, then deleted. Call recordings can be set to auto-purge after 30/60/90 days from settings.
